In this role, you will be responsible for democratizing data and reporting to influence strategic decisions and assess performance against business KPIs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, building data pipelines, and providing clear data insights through dashboards and queries. Accountabilities Own reporting tools, pipelines, and dashboards for mission‑critical data accuracy Partner with stakeholders on KPI development and tracking within the Consumer organization Build datasets and reports that serve as the source of truth for key metrics Ensure data quality and freshness while addressing evolving requirements Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decision‑making Establish expectations and SLAs for data availability and communicate effectively Promote data literacy by creating documentation and training for business users Foster employee empowerment through effective data utilization Engage in in‑person team‑building and community events to strengthen relationships Requirements 6+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics Advanced SQL knowledge, including query writing and optimization Experience in the ads or monetization field Familiarity with BI/visualization tools, preferably Looker Experience with ETL/ELT processes Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to tackle technical and business challenges Proven experience in presenting data insights to diverse audiences Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to delivery Eagerness to utilize AI and emerging technologies in analytical processes Benefits Competitive salary range from $167,000 to $249,000 annually, based on experience Potential equity grants with quarterly vesting Comprehensive health plans with a 100% employee‑only coverage option OneMedical membership for concierge health care services Inclusive work environment valuing diversity and community building Flexible working arrangements supporting a hybrid workplace Opportunities for professional growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
