About the Role
Valley Manor Care Center, part of Volunteers of America, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will document accurately in EHR systems, monitor changes in condition, and ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
