Registered Nurse (rn) – Special Float Pool (day or Night Shift)

This full-time opportunity is designed for experienced Registered Nurses who want to work across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry units while building advanced clinical skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Role Highlights
- Minimum two (2) years of acute care nursing experience required
- Open to ADN, BSN and MSN-prepared nurses
- Day or Night Shift options available (three 12-hour shifts)
- Float assignments across ICU, ER, and Medical Telemetry
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates

Preferred Qualifications
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- NIHSS certification
- BLS, ACLS, and/or other advanced life support certifications
- Telemetry interpretation experience
- IV therapy skills, including peripheral IV insertion

Northwest HealthCare , six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.
The Nursing Resources Department is responsible for the 24 management of the major functions over nursing, clerical, and ancillary staff.
