About the Role
RPC-Cass Regional Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As a key member of our community-focused hospital, you will provide safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care to individuals and families in Cass County and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care. You will educate patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, procedures, and self-care strategies, while advocating for patient needs and respecting cultural, emotional, and spiritual preferences.
Working within the culture of teamwork, respect, and a commitment to excellence that defines Cass Regional Medical Center, the RN will actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, and follow all hospital policies, procedures, and evidence-based practice standards. You will document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record, communicate clearly with colleagues across shifts, and help maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment.
