Registered Nurse Rn
Premiere Healthcare Staffing
Farmington, Maine, US
About the Role
Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care across a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities. As an RN with Premiere Healthcare Staffing, you will be part of a mission-driven, service-oriented team that partners closely with nurses and client organizations to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
In this role, you will deliver direct bedside nursing care, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and participate actively in the development and implementation of individualized plans of care. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will be responsible for accurate, timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems and for clear, professional communication during handoffs and care transitions.
You will be expected to apply strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills while working in fast-paced environments that may include medical-surgical units, step-down units, specialty clinics, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing or long-term care facilities. Duties may include IV therapy, wound care, telemetry monitoring, coordinating diagnostic tests, supporting discharge planning, and providing patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care.
As part of Premiere Healthcare Staffing’s collaborative culture, you will interact regularly with staffing coordinators and client facility leadership to ensure assignment expectations are clear, schedules are well managed, and any issues affecting patient care or safety are promptly addressed. You will uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality while following all facility policies, infection prevention and control procedures, and state and federal regulations.
