Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a progressive care environment
Monitor and manage patients with pulmonary, oncology, and surgical conditions
Care for patients requiring tracheostomy/ventilator support and cardiac drips
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Document patient care and clinical updates accurately
Participate in ongoing education and skill development
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nebraska or compact, or temporary permit)
BLS certification (preferred at hire, required within 3 months)
ACLS certification (required)
Telemetry Cardiac Rhythm Course required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
BSN or MSN required, or ADN with degree completion within 5 years
No experience required; acute care or surgical experience preferred
Strong teamwork skills and commitment to patient care excellence
Specialty certifications (NCC, PCCN, GERO-BC) preferred
