12-hour shifts 7:00p–7:30a Night and weekend shift differentials offered (amount varies by unit) Units Available

Med/Surg – Ortho/Neuro/Uro

Total joints, fractures, spine, urology, outpatient GYN surgeries

Med/Surg – Renal-Focused / Medical Max Care

Dialysis and fluid overload patients Telemetry as ordered (monitored 24/7) Some BiPAP/step-down respiratory support

(Unit placement based on experience and preference) Compensation & Benefits

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per orders Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families to support recovery and discharge Accurately document care in the electronic medical record Follow safety, infection prevention, and unit protocols Communicate and escalate changes in patient condition as needed Requirements

Active Indiana RN license (or compact eligible) BLS certification (required) Graduate of an accredited ASN/ADN or BSN nursing program Previous RN experience preferred New grads may be considered based on unit and orientation availability Why This Opportunity
