Registered Nurse Rn Gi Belton

HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our GI team in Belton as part of our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals undergoing gastrointestinal procedures, including endoscopies, colonoscopies, and related diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Working closely with gastroenterologists, anesthesia providers, and a multidisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for pre‑procedure assessment, intra‑procedure monitoring, and post‑procedure recovery, ensuring safety, comfort, and clear communication with patients and their families. You will utilize evidence-based nursing practice to administer medications, including moderate sedation per protocol, monitor vital signs and patient responses, manage IV access, maintain accurate documentation, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. You will also prepare and maintain GI procedure rooms and equipment, support infection prevention and control standards, assist with specimen handling, and contribute to a clean, safe clinical environment.
