About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a compassionate Hospice RN to provide skilled, patient-centered care to individuals at end of life in home and facility settings. In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications, manage symptoms, and educate patients and families on hospice philosophy and care. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.
