About the Role
Marshfield Clinic – Marshfield Children’s seeks a Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Surgical Services team. The RN coordinates and delivers pre‑ and post‑operative nursing care for pediatric patients in a fast‑paced ambulatory setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, education, IV therapy, medication administration, and recovery monitoring, while ensuring safety, comfort, and family-centered care. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams in a patient-first, collaborative culture that values compassion, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- RN licensure
