Registered Nurse

Genesis HCC is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. As an RN with Genesis, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for a diverse patient population, ensuring that each patient receives safe, evidence-based treatment aligned with our commitment to maximizing health outcomes and improving lives. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, social workers, and support staff, you will coordinate and manage care across the continuum, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and promptly report and address changes in condition. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, document accurately in the electronic health record, educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans, and advocate for patients’ needs and preferences. In this role you will uphold all regulatory and infection-prevention standards, actively participate in quality and safety initiatives, contribute to interdisciplinary rounds, and support continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
