Position Overview Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Paralegal Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday – Friday with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office Tuesday – Thursday Location: Park City, UT OR Irvine, CA Explore Investment Property Group: Position Summary The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Paralegal position supports the legal department in managing real estate transactions across acquisitions and dispositions within a portfolio of multifamily, manufactured housing, and RV park communities. This role ensures efficient coordination of transactional and legal processes while providing broad paralegal support across the portfolio. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times. Manage the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions. Oversee and coordinate the process for property refinances. Order, track, and review title and environmental reports and assist with issue resolution. Assist with preparation of PSAs, LOIs, closing documents, and other transactional materials. Manage and assist with BOI filings and ongoing compliance requirements. Review and negotiate cable and service contracts. Coordinate and track active litigation matters. Review and manage vendor contracts and legal notices. Manage active lawsuits. Prepare and support on‑site teams for small claims hearings. Provide general paralegal and legal administrative support across the portfolio. Qualifications & Requirements Real estate experience is required, preferably in transactions, title & escrow, or legal support. Experience supporting legal and paralegal function is highly preferred. Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with legal teams, operations, and external partners. Excellent communication and follow‑up skills. Ability to develop policies, advise management, and support business objections. Skilled in research, planning and supporting legal proceedings such as small claims. Flexible and able to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
