About the Role
A premier law firm is seeking a high-performing Real Estate Associate with two to six years of experience to join its Orange County or San Diego offices. This is a full-time, partnership-track opportunity to work on some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the U.S. within a culture that prioritizes professional development, collaboration, and community service.
- Professional Experience: 2–6 years of experience in real estate law, specifically focused on drafting, negotiating, and closing purchase and lease transactions, as well as managing sophisticated due diligence.
- Credentials: Strong academic credentials and active admission to practice law in the jurisdiction of the office (CA) are required.
- Compensation & Benefits: The firm offers a competitive annual salary of $221,000 – $290,000 (depending on experience), along with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan.
