CRH - - Responsibilities: Control the number of drivers needed throughout the day and make any necessary adjustments that will maintain the goals set by the company; Have a pleasant and accommodating voice over the phone and always demonstrate a positive attitude; Develop a positive rapport with Drivers and company supervisors; Demonstrate familiarity with delivery areas and must be able to assist drivers in finding jobsites; Must be able to determine travel time to jobs and best plant location to service jobs
