React Manager / Founding

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join a fast-growing real estate technology startup building a platform to manage recurring home care services in high‑value property markets more effectively. This is a founding‑level Engineering Manager role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of hands‑on engineering, systems thinking, and people leadership. You’ll split your time roughly 50/50 between coding and leadership, helping shape both the product and the engineering organization as we scale.
