Belk - 1234 Main Street USA Winston-Salem - Responsibilities: Merchandise product using visual merchandising directives and brand guides to determine proper placement and align with merchandise presentation standards.; Complete sale sets, markdowns, and price changes, following operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity.; Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.; Create memorable store experiences through building genuine team, vendor, customer, and community relationships.; Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.
