What We’re Looking For:
- Certification as a Radiation Therapist - ARRT (T)
- Strong clinical skills & compassionate patient care
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience: One to two years of applicable experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: ARRT in Radiation Oncology (registry eligible with 6 months to obtain certification), required. BLS, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
Applies ionizing radiation to the patient in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist.
Responsibilities
- Apply ionizing radiation to patients per prescription
- Collaborate with oncologist team to ensure treatment accuracy
- Demonstrate patient care and safety during therapy
Qualifications
- ARRT (T) certification or eligible
- BLS certification
- 1-2 years radiotherapy experience preferred
