Title: QA Tester (Application Testing)

Location: Coral Springs, FL OR Plantation, FL

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00/hour

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 12-Month Contract

In this role, you will support a range of cross-functional initiatives focused on improving product quality and user experience. Projects will vary in scope and complexity, requiring proficiency across multiple testing functions, including test design, execution, and coordination.

You will develop subject matter expertise within your assigned workstream, enabling you to effectively support both operational and testing teams while ensuring high-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute application testing processes for both internal and external systems, including end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and execute test scripts, ensuring accurate defect identification, documentation, and efficient retesting.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot real-time issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of system architecture and technical solutions being delivered.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in testing processes and recommending enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience executing structured testing processes, including UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
