What's the Job?Monitor purchase orders from placement through final delivery, ensuring alignment with committed dates
Follow up with suppliers on order acknowledgments, lead times, shipment status, and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, including order updates and supplier communications
Identify potential delays or supply risks and communicate proactively with stakeholders
Support mitigation efforts for delivery issues, including coordinating expedited shipments when needed
Notify buyers and internal teams when delivery timelines will not meet required dates
Assist with invoice follow-ups and help resolve blocked or delayed invoices
Prepare reports on vendor performance, delivery status, and material logistics
Ensure ERP/MRP system data remains accurate and current
Collaborate with purchasing, finance, production, logistics, and other internal teams
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in purchasing, expediting, logistics, supply chain, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with accuracy and timeliness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with ERP and/or MRP systems
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
Familiarity with supplier management and order tracking processes
Experience supporting invoicing or resolving discrepancies
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Additional Requirement:
U.S. nationality required due to export control regulations
