Hartford Healthcare - 47 Long Lots Road - Responsibilities: Provides professional, customer service focused assistance to the HHC Community, including patients, visitors, families, colleagues, clinicians, physicians, and the first responder community.; Patrols and rounds facility to identify concerning activity, safety concerns or other problems.; Provides a timely response and uses problem solving to manage and investigate security incidents and hazards.; Maintains current knowledge of instructions, policies and procedures and performs work accordingly.; Shares information with other Public Safety Officers and maintains accurate activity logs and reports.
