About the Role
Advocate Health Care - 4600 North Ravenswood Avenue - Responsibilities: Patrol interior and exterior areas to ensure safety and security and identify hazards; Respond to emergencies and incidents, including aggressive or threatening individuals, and de-escalate when possible; Conduct inspections to identify vulnerabilities, fire conditions, and safety risks; assist with incidents and prepare reports; Control traffic and monitor conduct of visitors on premises; provide information and directions to staff and visitors; Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders as needed; maintain documentation and reports of incidents
