Schedule: Days, 8 hours M-F, times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated.

Requirements: - 1 year of PTA experience - Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience - Active PTA license

Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical function disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. - Administer various rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities. - Assess patient progress, communicate treatment effectiveness to the supervising Physical Therapist, and adjust treatments as necessary. - Document all required information in the electronic records system according to company policies. - Participate in patient care conferences, rehabilitation meetings, and required training sessions. - Supervise and support students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist.

Compliance / Notes: Adhere to APTA and state practice acts and codes of conduct during professional practice. Active state licensure is required when applicable.
