In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment. What You'll Do as a Licensed Physical Therapist * Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents * Track and document progress to inform care plans * Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises * Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team * Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards * Stay current through ongoing training and professional development Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required) * Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree) * 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) * Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively Hourly pay: $45-$48 DOE, paid biweekly * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement savings plan * Opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is an equal opportunity employer and strives to create an inclusive and diverse workplace.
