Psychologist- Competitive Pay

LifeStance Health Moore, Oklahoma, US

About the Role

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychologist (Competitive Pay) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality, patient-centered mental health care across both in-person and telehealth settings. As a Psychologist with LifeStance, you will deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment to a diverse outpatient population, working with children, adolescents, and/or adults depending on your training and interests. You will conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, administer and interpret psychological assessments as appropriate, and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes.
In this role, you will provide individual, family, and, when indicated, group therapy using empirically supported approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other modalities aligned with best practices and clinical guidelines. You will regularly monitor progress toward treatment goals, adjust interventions based on patient response and feedback, and maintain thorough, timely, and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record system.
LifeStance Health emphasizes empowerment, quality, and collaboration in healthcare. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other behavioral health professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and support integrated treatment planning. You will participate in case discussions, staff meetings, and ongoing training to ensure that care remains consistent with current research, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
The position offers a hybrid work environment, combining telehealth and in-office care based on clinical needs, patient preference, and your schedule within organizational guidelines. You will be expected to manage a steady outpatient caseload, maintain reliable availability for appointments, and uphold best practices in telehealth delivery, including appropriate technology use, privacy protections, and patient engagement strategies.
Core responsibilities include performing comprehensive intake evaluations; conducting risk assessments and safety planning; providing crisis intervention as needed within the outpatient setting; collaborating with primary care and other external providers when appropriate; and educating patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and strategies for self-management and relapse prevention. You will also contribute to quality-improvement initiatives by using outcome measures and patient feedback to enhance care.
LifeStance is committed to your professional growth. In this role, you will have access to clinical resources, peer consultation, and opportunities for continuing education and career advancement. You will be expected to maintain all licensure requirements, adhere strictly to HIPAA and ethical guidelines, and demonstrate cultural humility and sensitivity when working with patients from varied backgrounds and communities.
The ideal candidate is a licensed psychologist who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, is proficient with electronic health records and telehealth platforms, and is passionate about delivering ethical, compassionate, and effective mental health care. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package—typically including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement options—are offered, reflecting the high value LifeStance places on clinician well-being and long-term career development.
