Project Implementation Specialist

About the Role

The Project Implementation , will be a key player in the successful onboarding of our clients. This position has direct responsibility for managing client implementation, raising issues as required for resolution or escalation, enhance documentation, provide initial tech support and own the overall process. This role is a strong communication bridge between the client and all departments. As this role is client facing, strong demonstrable interpersonal skills are required and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service. Location: Though this role is currently remote, we prefer candidates who are in the US in the New York-Philadelphia metro area. We are currently not in a position to hire international candidates who are outside the US for this role. Key Responsibilities: Onboard clients, manage the onboarding end to end, coordinate with development team and provide technical support during setup and implementation. Act as the first point of contact for any technical issues during & after the implementation to ensure business continuity Provide technical consulting to clients when necessary and act as the subject matter expert when it comes to the technical aspects of the products. Coordinate with product manager, engineers and marketing & sales team to feed back any client requirements Provide effective escalation and resolution of issues and problems both internally and directly to clients Contribute to the technical documentation of the product by the creation of new documents and updating existing ones Manage the setting up trials of software for clients. Oversee product configuration, including imports, templates and more. Responsibility for gaining relevant client sign off on information throughout project work Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of project transparency over the whole project timeline. Partnering with the Operations Manager as required in order to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions. Promptly assist with any customer support requests. Set and manage client expectations within the agreed contractual agreements. Person Specification: You understand the language of business and that technology can solve business problems. You know that the right technology can empower organizations to work smarter, wherever they are, whenever they want and on the device they choose. You must be reliable & have good time management skills. You will have excellent problem-solving skills. You will have experience of project-management and exceptional resolution skills. You’re able to think on your feet and are highly self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You have a Passion for Client satisfaction & detailed oriented You understand the importance of a thorough knowledge of the implementation process and thinking ahead before each required step You can Deliver Client Training as needed You will need to Develop/enhance Client facing Documentation as needed. You have some Technical programming background to be able to minimally help configure/help setup client environment & troubleshoot initial issues. You have EXCELLENT Communication skills. Required: A minimum 1+ year of experience in a client facing project management or implementation role. Client Success, Client Experience , Onboarding skills in a Sofware deployment environment Experience in coordination, management of Software Product deployment, Project Management, Client Coordination of Software or Projects Familiarity with cloud applications and implementation You will need your own vehicle to travel to client offices (mileage allowance provided). You are required to attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills. Immediate KPIs: Client Interaction Responsibility for gaining client sign off on relevant work Administrative CRM data management, including updating of project milestones, information entry, data cleanliness Correct use of all Time Sheet reporting, including logging against relevant milestones/tasks and usage of ‘activity classes’ As a member of the Fieldworker Digital team, you will be expected to meet KPIs in a manner which is consistent with the company’s core values and behaviours #J-18808-Ljbffr
