Project Documentation Coordinator
About the Role
A large reputable utility company in Bellevue, WA is currently hiring for a Project Documentation Coordinator. The Project Documentation Coordinator will support a program management team of 10 program managers and should have excellent written communication skills essential for preparing executive-level project documentation. Experience in monitoring/reporting on contract KPIs is a big plus.
Pay - $27/hr. - $32/hr. (Depending on overall experience, industry, and/or qualifications)
Location - Bellevue, WA (Hybrid Schedule)
Contract Duration - 24-Month Contract (High Potential for Conversion)
Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination support to a program management team of approximately 10 program managers.
- Support information collection, data validation, and document control across multiple projects.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Support training activities and project communications as needed.
- Monitor and support reporting on contract KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
- Utilize MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word to manage project artifacts and reporting.
- Ensure professional-quality written communication suitable for executive review.
Qualification Requirements
- 1-2+ years of project coordination and project documentation experience.
- Experience preparing executive-level project documentation.
- Must have excellent written communication skills.
- High preference for someone coming from a similar construction or utility industry.
- Experience in monitoring/reporting on contract KPIs is a big plus.
- Must be comfortable submitting to a drug test (including THC testing) upon onboarding.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
