About the Role
Pratt Industries - - Responsibilities: Safely operate production machines including setup, operation, and cleanup and recommend improvements to meet customer demand; Follow Pratt Industries safety rules and participate in Plant Safety Committee; Follow GMPs and Pratt Industries quality procedures; stop bad quality from leaving the facility to the Customer; Maintain strong attention to detail to prevent poor quality from reaching customers; Cross-train on other machines and assist with plant growth and personal/professional development
