About the Role
Staffmark - - Responsibilities: Oversee general production activities of temporary staff during shifts.; Attendance management, project area setup, and hands-on training in safety, quality, and productivity.; Maintain clear communication with other team leads regarding staffing and concerns.; Actively participate on the production line by operating packaging equipment, supporting changeovers, and ensuring CILs and centerlines are followed.; Evaluating team dynamics while providing constructive feedback to support employee development.
