About the Role
Manpower - - Responsibilities: Adjusts and monitors machine operation for Drum Cookers and Mince Line, including belt speed, steam temperature, and color application.; Completes required paperwork, reads recipes, and product outlines to ensure proper production processes.; Shutdown, disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery to maintain optimal operation.; Troubleshoots equipment issues such as air pockets, ingredient inconsistencies, and mechanical problems.; Maintains visual monitoring of equipment and product quality, making minor adjustments as needed.

Qualifications
