About the Role
Raytheon - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate one machine tool or process equipment type and operate more than one unrelated machine tool or process equipment types within an assigned area to produce precision turbine engine parts; Follow established methods and procedures utilizing manual or numerically controlled machine tools to meet dimensional specifications; Interpret verbal/written instructions, operation sheets, drawings and other pertinent information under supervision; Perform bench, assembly and surface finishing operations using a variety of hand and power tools; Measure dimensions and part features using fixed or variable measuring instruments and maintain records in OpCert or other computerbased systems
