About the Role
Trident Seafoods - - Responsibilities: Monitors one section of production and oversees the training, quality, work quality, productivity and sanitation in their respective area; Oversee the work and performance of the employees in assigned production area; Ensures proper use of protective gear, safe operation of machinery, and safe use of chemical cleaning agents; Trains workers in equipment operation and in processing and safety procedures; Communicates with Supervisors, FSQA and other Lead personnel any problems or concerns
