About the Role
The Kroger Company - 3030 North Broadway, Ste 100 - Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Produce department.; Develop a department business plan to achieve desired results.; Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume throughout hours of operation.; Help to train and develop associates on performance of their job including inventory, stocking, CAO, Key Retailing and other aspects of job.; Assist in implementing merchandising promotional plan for the department.
