Process Analyst - Cloud Migration

Description This role will be focused on evaluating the processes and procedures that will support the cloud migration. They will not be looking at individual apps. Will be looking and processes and creating a process/procedure library. Create value stream maps to identify best future processes. . Will also work on As-Is/To-Be diagrams, gap analysis and ways to increase efficiency. The overall goal is to streamline and refine the process/procedures required to move these applications Experience working in the cloud (AWS/GCP) is highly preferred but not required. Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in technology related field. 5-7+ years. Healthcare and PBM strongly preferred. 5+ years of process discovery and improvement experience. Business Analysis / facilitation skills Sharepoint, MS Tools/Visio, Jira, Confluence, Miro Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and ability to put data into analysis and reporting format Well versed in agile and waterfall methodology, able to work in both agile/waterfall if necessary Light Project Management/Coordination Lean six sigma concepts including identifying turn around time, delays, and process inefficiencies/waste. Does not need to be six sigma certified.
