Your responsibilities include:/pulliProviding treatments planned, delegated, and supervised by the evaluating Physical Therapist/liliAssisting with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training/liliTeaching patients and caregivers how to safely perform exercises and activities/liliCoordinating care with other home health team members to ensure well-rounded treatment/liliMaintaining accurate documentation in accordance with CMS requirements, including functional reassessments/liliPracticing infection control and universal precautions/liliReporting suspected abuse according to state and federal guidelines/liliAssisting with new-hire orientation and participating in training activities when needed/li/ulpYou take pride in delivering high-quality care that directly improves patients lives./ppQualifications/pulliSuccessful completion of an accredited physical therapy assistant program/liliCurrent Oklahoma PTA license in good standing/liliAt least 1 year of physical therapy experience/liliCPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)/liliAbility to meet the physical demands of the job/li/ulpWere looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, manages time well, and maintains a positive, professional demeanor./ppReady to Join Our Team?/ppOur application process is quick and simple. Responsibilities
- Providing treatments planned, delegated, and supervised by the evaluating Physical Therapist

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Current Oklahoma PTA license in good standing
- At least 1 year of physical therapy experience
