Prn/part-time Rn/lpn Night Shift

Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a premier senior living community in Cañon City, is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN/Part-Time RN/LPN for our night shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care to seniors in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and the highest possible quality of life. As an RN/LPN on our night shift team, you will perform comprehensive resident assessments, administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, monitor changes in condition, document accurately in the medical record, and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. You will respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies, follow infection control and safety protocols, and ensure that all care meets regulatory and facility standards. You will also provide leadership and guidance to CNAs and other support staff during the night shift, helping to organize workflow, delegate tasks appropriately, and model compassionate, professional behavior. Education of residents and families about care plans, medications, and ongoing health needs will be an important part of your responsibilities, along with clear, respectful communication at all times.
