Certified/Board Eligible Internal/Family Medicine Physicians to join our dynamic Primary Care team
serving America's Veterans. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, team-based care within an integrated healthcare system dedicated to clinical excellence, education, and innovation. What you will Do- * Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to a diverse Veteran population. * Work within a multidisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model. * Manage both chronic and acute medical conditions. * Enjoy a balanced schedule with no inpatient duties. * Competitive salary, generous paid time off, malpractice coverage, and federal retirement and benefits package. Education Debt Reduction Program:
This position is eligible for EDRP, a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of your start date. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application. *
Competitive Starting Annual Salaries:
$ 250,000 - $315,000 range per year;
Additionally
, employees may be eligible to receive up to $15,000 in performance-based pay annually. Furthermore, employees can qualify for Proficiency Awards, which are available in addition to Pay for Performance incentives. Regular salary reviews will occur every two years, and all employees will receive cost-of-living adjustments annually. *
