DAX Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for an exciting locum tenens opportunity at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, no call responsibilities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by serving an underserved adult patient population within the Indian Health Service (IHS) system.
Position Highlights
4 ten-hour shifts per week
No weekends required
No call responsibilities
Adults-only patient population
Average patient volume: 15-20 patients per day
Travel and lodging provided

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements
Board Certified in Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM)
Active and unrestricted medical license
DEA certification
BLS certification required
