About the Role
Price Rite - - Responsibilities: Direct, develop and manage store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits; Customer and team member relations through proper controls such as sanitation, merchandising, payroll, required record keeping and compliance of Company, State and Federal policies, rules, procedures, regulations and laws; Interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems; Maintain great store conditions per company standard every day; to include compliance with company and governmental sanitation and safety standards; Maximize store sales and profitability
