About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales with a focus on prestige brands; Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service and engage with guests to tailor recommendations; Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges; Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service; Book appointments for, and support the execution of, services and in-store events
