About the Role
EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Performs various repairs and adjustments to plumbing, mechanical, fixtures, doors, windows and locks.; Initiates general repairs and installation of all types of plumbing systems including cast iron, PVC, CPVC, copper and polyethylene (HDPE) piping; Operates maintenance equipment; makes minor repairs to building infrastructures and furniture; cleans guttering.; Repairs and maintains varied office equipment and building components.; Performs skilled carpentry repairs in a Carpenter shop.
