About the Role
Valor Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.; Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen service area.; Memorize menu items, recipes and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.; Control allocated guest checks and document order details; ensure accuracy of payment.; Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to enhance communications and knowledge of products, service and facility.
