About the Role
A company is looking for a Platform and Developer Experience Engineer. Key Responsibilities Own the AI context layer and maintain CLAUDE.md and skill files for non-engineers using Claude Code Manage the CI/CD layer, including feature flag enforcement and automated PR review Automate documentation and contribute to the shared infrastructure to enhance team efficiency Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in platform, DevEx, or infrastructure engineering with strong CI/CD knowledge Proficiency in AWS and observability tools like Cloudwatch Experience in a lean, fast-moving codebase with a focus on automation Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and writing CLAUDE.md High agency in identifying and mitigating risks independently
Responsibilities
