Plant Accountant – Manufacturing | Up to $105K
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Plant Accountant to support plant-level financial operations, drive accuracy in reporting, and partner with operations leadership to improve cost efficiency and performance. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
What You’ll Bring:
✔ Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
✔ Strong cost accounting and analytical skills
✔ Experience with inventory accounting, standard cost, and variance analysis
✔ Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations and supply chain
✔ High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
Compensation: Up to $105K base salary.
