In this role, you will have the opportunity to be on the medical staff with the University and can reach out to the MU Urology department for support as needed. This position offers a unique opportunity to take over a busy practice and provide essential urological care to the community. Key Features University Partnership: Benefit from our partnership with the University, providing access to resources and support from the MU Urology department. Transitioning Provider: Our current provider is transitioning to a position closer to home, creating an opportunity for a full-time provider to take over the existing busy practice. This is a ready-made opportunity for the right candidate. Procedures: Perform a variety of procedures including cystoscopy, TURP, lithotripsy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, endoscopic injection of implant material into urethra/bladder neck tissue, litholapaxy, and treatment for erectile dysfunction. Interest in Robotics is preferred but not required. Satellite Clinic: Work one day a week at a satellite clinic to provide convenient access to care for patients. Call Schedule: Maximum of 10 days per month on call, ensuring a balanced workload and time for personal pursuits.
