About the Role
Seeking a BC Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our dynamic team
--The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedics, with a specialization in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of sports-related injuries.
--This position offers the opportunity to work as the orthopedic surgeon for a local D1 university as well as area high schools and club teams, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
--Comprehensive Sports Medicine Division with collegiate partnerships within a nationally recognized orthopedic institute.
--Work directly with orthopedic surgery residents and engage in didactic and clinical teaching.
--Access to dedicated research infrastructure with opportunities for grant writing, clinical studies, and publications.

--Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across sports, trauma, total joint, spine, hand, and pediatrics.
--Four days of required call per month, with opportunity for additional call.
--This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $550-700K. This role has an opportunity a quality incentive as well as an opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production.

--Required: BC in Orthopedic Surgery, 5 years of post-graduate experience, Completion of Sports Medicine Fellowship, Ability to successfully obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions, Current DEA license
