This facility is seeking a Neurological Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Office days are Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, after hour coverage is from 4:01pm-7:59am,
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Types of Cases: Suture removal, sick patient visits, ,surgery site infection, prescription renewal, established patient care.
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified, must have Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
Licensure Required: Must have an active Indiana license, an active Indiana or easily transferable Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)

- Board Certification in Neurological Surgery
