About the Role
Seeking Diagnostic Radiologist to join a well-established and successful group of 30 physicians and counting. The group covers 5 outpatient imaging centers, 8 hospitals and multiple reading contracts throughout the country.
The group offers full spectrum radiology services and has several board-certified radiologists trained in the following specialties: Musculoskeletal Radiology, Neuro-Radiology, Body Imaging, Genitourinary Radiology (including prostate MRI & ultrasound), Women?s/Breast Imaging (including genetic screening), Interventional Radiology & Venous Insufficiency, Nuclear Medicine, including PET
-Monday-Friday schedule 7:30a ? 5p
-8-weekend call shifts per year
--Additional compensation for call coverage beyond 8 weeks
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
-Perform a full range of radiographic procedures/studies including, but not limited to, conventional x-rays, ultrasound, MRI, and CT
-Perform fluoroscopic procedures
-Timely interpretation and communication of imaging results
-Provide consultation services, comparative reports, and participation in conferences/committees
-Provide for the overall safety of imaging patients, including oversight of contrast administration and respond to adverse patient reactions
-Technical oversight for technologists
-Provide radiology call coverage off-hours, as assigned
Must be Board-Certified by the American Board of Radiology
-Fellowship-trained physician is preferred
Base salary $425k+ based on experience and signing bonus up to $25k, relocation assistance $10k, potential 2-year partnership track, 8-weeks? vacation during the 1st year
