Onsite laboratory, imaging (X-Ray, MRI, CT, Bone Density & Ultrasound), Health Psychology and Physical Therapy. Sleep medicine clinic and sleep lab located less than a mile away.
Ability to participate in Graduate Medical Education and clinical research trials 60;
Open to visa sponsorship.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Unrestricted medical license in a US state
- Completion of an ACGME accredited 60;residency program in this specialty.
- Board Certified 60;or Board Eligible
