Our current outpatient psychiatry practice is made up of one full time adult Psychiatrist, one full time child and adolescent psychiatrist and 3 full time adult psychiatry APPs. We are proactively seeking a replacement for the adult psychiatrist?s future retirement. She sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising physician for the APPs The clinic dynamic is wonderful among the providers and a good personality fit will be important to maintain. The clinic is slated to move to a newly renovated space 5 minutes from the hospital campus this summer. Offers a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission. We are not an addiction or Suboxone center and prefer to keep our focus on therapy and medication management.

• $330,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
• Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
• No after hours call
