• Monday - Friday rounding 6 hours daily plus on-call remainder
• Weekend 3-day call phone only
• 12 - 16 patients per day
• Adult inpatient acute psychiatric unit
• 5 - 15 calls while on call
• Voluntary and involuntary admissions
• All patients 18+ including medical comorbidities
• Phone-only call coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
